Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders of $399 or more! On Qualifying Items, Restrictions May Apply

Ground Shipping:

Retail orders under $399 are subject to a minimum freight charge of $15. The overall cost of shipping will be charged at the time of order, with no less than the minimum being applied for a Standard shipment. All orders meeting the minimum $399 threshold ship free with Standard Ground service to the contiguous 48 US states only . Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are unable to use any other private or commercial shipping account that is not our own. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders can take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. If you want to check the status of your shipment please log into your account or contact customer service at 1-800-722-7230.

Expedited delivery options are available for an additional cost. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit, and does not affect our current lead times.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, or any islands DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping will be calculated using real time rates and will be charged to you upon checkout or over the phone by a sales representative.

Please Note: Any Retail Order over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are sent out the same day if received before 3:00 pm (CST or EST depending on customer location).

Order processing time applies to the time needed to receive, process, package, and ship your order after it's placed and payment has been received. To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Ships-within time may vary on each individual item. All shipping times are estimates and not a guarantee.

It is not uncommon for you to receive your order in multiple shipments or boxes. Some products may ship from different warehouses. Refer to your tracking information within your customer portal for more accurate details regarding your shipments.

Please Note: Items will not be delivered on holidays. Expedited shipping is available over the phone. Some of our items are “made to order”, lead time may vary and ships-within time may include manufacturing time. Please reference the order page, or contact customer service with questions on special order or "made to order" products.

International Shipments

Many of the products that we carry are available for international shipping but they are not eligible for free shipping. All international shipping costs have to be calculated manually. Please call us at 1-800-722-7230 for details and shipping costs. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.

Interruption of Service

Lindemann Chimney Supply, FedEx, USPS and UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond our control. Including by not limited to the following: customers refusal or unavailability to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of nature, acts of weather, acts of God, acts of authority preventing delivery, acts of strike, insufficient or incorrect information provided by customer at time of order, government or legal interruptions, labor disputes, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, natural disasters or anything beyond our control.

Freight Shipping Information

Items that are too large to ship by standard ground carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx are required to ship freight. Items too large or overall orders exceeding certain weight, dimensions, or overall girth may be required to be shipped by LTL.

Upon delivery of your freight shipment you will need to immediately inspect your shipment. This includes the outside, and inside of all packaging to ensure no damages are hidden. Prior to signing for your shipment please ensure you have inspected all boxes, pallets, and materials for damages.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged please inspect it and have the delivery person note any damage. If the delivery was left without a signature you may also file a concealed damage claim. Please accept the shipment and then call your sales person or customer service at 1-800-722-7230 and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
